The K&A team participated last week at IBS/KBIS 2020, seeking out the newest products that promise to take performance, convenience + style to the next level. With more than 1,500 exhibitors, we had plenty of themes to explore at this year’s show — what was clear – providing a customized experience and simplifying home life is top of mind for many building products manufacturers.

From personalization options… to new ways to use materials…  to innovations in automation, there were a host of notable brand-promises to experience.

It was hard to miss the renewed infusion of dramatic color (and black) amid a myriad of interesting finishes, including the option to “switch out” design elements according to individual preferences and mood. And sustainability this year, wasn’t just focused on conserving energy and water. For those with a penchant for green(s), there was even a kitchen garden that lets homeowners grow and harvest their own salad.
